How do I return an item?
New Concepts Hair Goods offers no refund on returned merchandise, only replacements or credit towards your next purchase. Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage or defect; if found in such condition, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, the purchase becomes the responsibility of the retailer. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tags, box and packaging intact. Some sale and promotional items are not returnable and non refundable. Check your invoice for details of such items. Any system, hair extension, or hair wefts that have been cut, colored, permed or otherwise altered in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales final.
